As senior vice president of ad innovation at WarnerMedia Ad Sales’ Ignite, Marybeth Strobel is a vital part of the company’s vision to lead relevant advertising and automation solutions in partnership with agencies and advertisers. This includes developing portfolio audience-based deals, powered by custom data sets and technology, as well infusing client feedback into Ignite’s strategy to continue delivering innovative solutions that drive significant business results.
Strobel leads a team that works closely with various company stakeholders to innovate, build and drive adoption of advanced advertising, including collaborating with AT&T’s Xandr unit to meaningfully enhance WarnerMedia’s existing products.
In her nearly 20 years with WarnerMedia, Strobel has led various sales teams with an analytical eye and a natural curiosity for innovation to empower clients with a simpler way of advertising. She has managed across platforms, grew WarnerMedia’s emerging digital businesses and led advertising sales across the WarnerMedia portfolio. Prior to WarnerMedia, she held roles at several advertising agencies including Barry Blau, Wells, BDDP and Televest.
She remains active in numerous industry associations. She is a co-chair of the Nominating Committee for She Runs It (formerly Advertising Women of New York), where she also previously served as board member and special events advisor). She is a graduate of WICT’s Betsy Magness program, is currently the executive sponsor for WarnerMedia’s Next Gen Business Resource Group and actively participates in various mentoring programs.
Strobel earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University and remains involved with the school through alumni and professional development associations. She resides in Jersey City, New Jersey with her husband and two young sons.
